Booking a show:
If the performing act has a ticket price attached to the show, you will need to purchase those tickets via www.webtickets.co.za. Webtickets will require you to register with them prior to your purchase.
If the performing act is part of one of our complimentary shows, you are not required to purchase a ticket.
Reserving a table:
The purchase of a ticket does not reserve a table.
For ticketed shows, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a table.
Please ensure you have already purchased your tickets prior to requesting a reserved table. We cannot reserve tables for ticketed shows prior to the purchasing of tickets.
Should you be joining friends but have purchased tickets separately, and wish to be seated together, please provide the names under which all tickets were purchased and we will gladly seat you together.
For complimentary shows, NOT reserving a table can result in not being afforded a seat in the venue should it be full on arrival and there is NO standing room.
Coffee is served from 7am, Monday through Friday.
Lunch is served from 11am till 2:30pm daily, Monday through Friday.
Dinner commences from 6pm in the evenings and the kitchen closes at 9pm.
Sold Out performances:
If a performance is Sold Out online, it is Sold Out at the venue too. We cannot sell additional tickets at the door on the night of a Sold Out performance.
We are truly grateful that for now, The Jagger Lounge’s position is unaffected by Load Shedding!
The Jagger Lounge is a restaurant with a bar and live music stage. We have NO age restriction.
Liquor laws apply and NO underage consumption of alcohol will be allowed. ROAR.
We advise parents to NOT bring children under the age of 8 to live events.
Bands will commence their performances between 8pm and 8:30pm. Some bands will perform a single set and some a double set. We as the venue leave this to the bands discretion and mostly can’t confirm 1 or 2 sets till the band performs on the night.

The Jagger Lounge does not have any dedicated parking. Please utilize the surrounding parking garages at Heritage Square, Old Christiaan Barnard Hospital Parking and the surrounding street parking available.
A taxi service or Uber can drop and collect you directly outside the venue.
